1. General provisions
This Policy defines how personal data of users of tavrus-brakes.vercel.app (the "Site") is processed and protected in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

Name, phone or Telegram, email address, vehicle details (make, model, year) and the text of your inquiry — only the data you voluntarily provide in forms on the Site.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed solely to: select a brake kit, provide consultation, estimate cost, handle requests and contact you regarding your inquiry.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the checkbox when submitting a form (Art. 6, 9, 10.1 of 152-FZ).
5. Storage and protection
Data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing. We take organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and distribution.
6. Disclosure to third parties
Personal data is not transferred to third parties except as required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your personal data, request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent by contacting sales@tavrus-auto.ru or Telegram @shenauto.
