Overheating under load
A loaded LC300 with passengers and luggage weighs over 2.8 tonnes. On long descents or spirited driving, factory discs overheat: the pedal goes hard, stopping distance grows.
Power against brakes
The more powerful the engine, the higher the corner entry speed. Factory systems are sized for factory driving — on track or off-road their reserve isn't enough.
Brake fade
When overheated, pads lose their friction coefficient (fade). The first brake application after a "heat soak" can be the one that matters.

The answer is an engineering upgrade: larger discs, multi-piston calipers, heat-resistant pads. A system sized for your vehicle's weight and power.

Will ABS and ESP work with TAVRUS calipers?
Yes. The system is engineered for your specific vehicle, keeping the factory ABS sensors and their mounting points. Electronics are not modified — ABS/ESP work as factory. Correct fitment by model and specifications is required.
Is it compatible with ADAS (AEB, adaptive cruise)?
Yes, with correct fitment. Sensors and cameras are not affected. When installed by an authorized partner, a verification protocol is provided.
Will calipers interfere with parking sensors or TPMS?
No. Parking sensors and TPMS are installed as factory; calipers don't interfere with their zones. Adapters are included when needed.
Which vehicles are supported?
Target: LC200/LC300, LX570/600, Tank 300/500. Expansion: Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Porsche — in development. Precise fitment via the on-site configurator (make/model/year).
